MEET THE REISBERGS

When I first met Ann and Jason, they were concerned about the blood work numbers that Jason had received from his doctor, indicating he had high cholesterol and was pre-diabetic with a high A1C.

Realizing they needed to change their lifestyle to stay healthy as parents for their young son, they decided to join our Diabetes Prevention Program.

They knew it was a year-long program, but they were ready to make very small changes each week to their eating patterns and habits while increasing their physical activity level.

At the end of the program, Jason was down to normal A1C and lost 22 lbs.

Ann also had some dramatic changes and lost 65 lbs. She was able to buy some new clothes and noticed her energy level had increased.

Best of all, both Ann and Jason are a healthier version of themselves and can be healthy parents for Jase.
