Personal Wellness Training Sessions
We want to extend beyond physical therapy and meet our clients where they are in their wellness journey. We offer personal training for clients who want personal fitness guidance but with our professional knowledge of injury and anatomy to help minimize injury in your training sessions. We understand other medical issues that can affect exercise and can modify as needed to help you find success.
Treatments for Anxiety, Depression & Insomnia
We offer Alpha Stim in our clinic, a treatment researched by John Hopkins University, and shown to be highly effective in treatment for patients with anxiety, insomnia and depression. The CES is able to reach 98% of the neurons with electrical conductivity in our brain whereas medication can reach 2% of those receptors based on chemical response.
Diabetes Prevention Program
If you truly want to change your life, join us in the Diabetes Prevention Program. Our program is backed by the CDC and American Diabetes Association and our Spark Pro trained instructors help you develop healthy lifestyle eating patterns, learn to overcome behaviors that sabotage your progress, and teach you healthier lifestyle choices to get your level of fitness activity to an acceptable amount of time for losing weight and feeling great.
