MEET OUR STAFF
ANGELA SPENCER - PT, MSPT, CMPT, CAFS, CCI
Angela is a physical therapist with over 20 years of experience in the outpatient orthopedic physical therapy setting. She has worked with people ranging in age from 2 months to 96 years of age and with a wide variety diagnoses.
She is an Astym certified provider, a Certified Manual Physical Therapist through NAIOMPT (North American Institute of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists), a certified Pose Method Running specialist, a Certification in Applied Functional Science and 3D MAPS, and well trained in ACL and hip rehabilitation and Dry needling certified as FDN1. She is able to fit custom foot orthotics, perform manipulation of the spine and joints, and works with children with torticollis.
She works with many local athletes for sports rehabilitation and specifically runners, softball/baseball players, volleyball, soccer players, dancers, and Junior Olympic gymnasts, tennis players and may other club sport athletes. Her goal: to help them achieve their goals/dreams.
When not running her business & taking care of patients, she loves spending time with her husband Mike, three kids: Dayna, Brooke and Maxon. She also loves being outside, traveling and working out.
LORI BLYTHE - BA, PTA
Lori Blythe has 15+ years experience as a physical therapist assistant in a variety of settings (outpatient, hospital, long term care). She really enjoys the outpatient setting because it offers the opportunity to get to know patients and help them reach their health goals.
She enjoys the variety of patients from infants to seniors and the different health needs they all have. She also has a strong interest in health and wellness and is eager to meet patients where they are along their health journey. She started a weight loss program at a previous employer and started a wellness team at her church to incorporate physical and spiritual wellness.
Her hobbies include being outdoors, playing pickle ball, kayaking, traveling to see her grandkids and spending time with her husband, Paul.
JUSTIN WILDER - PT, DPT
Justin is a physical therapist who grew up with four older brothers in Gilbert, Iowa and after high school joined the Marine Corps for 4 years, was stationed in Hawaii (yes, that was wonderful) but also did deployments to Afghanistan as well as a force in the Pacific which allowed him to visit/train in Japan, South Korea, and Thailand. After the military he went to Iowa State University and graduated in 2018 with a kinesiology degree. From there, he went to Des Moines University to get his Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree, and graduated at the top of his class in 2021.
Justin is married to his newly wedded wife, Nikki, who is a practicing small animal Veterinarian. They have 2 kittens, Piper and Lexi. In his free time, Justin enjoys working out, anything outdoors (fishing, kayaking, hiking, etc.), traveling, and enjoys time with family and friends.
