Angela is a physical therapist with over 20 years of experience in the outpatient orthopedic physical therapy setting. She has worked with people ranging in age from 2 months to 96 years of age and with a wide variety diagnoses.

 

She is the only Neufit Method certified physical therapist in Iowa, an Astym certified provider, a Certified Manual Physical Therapist through NAIOMPT (North American Institute of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists), a certified Pose Method Running specialist, a Certification in Applied Functional Science and 3D MAPS, and well trained in ACL and hip rehabilitation and Dry needling certified as FDN1.  She is able to fit custom foot orthotics, perform manipulation of the spine and joints, and works with children with torticollis. She is also a certified personal trainer and has done numerous classes on health and wellness. 

 

She works with many local athletes for sports rehabilitation and specifically runners, softball/baseball players, volleyball, soccer players, dancers, and Junior Olympic gymnasts, tennis players and may other club sport athletes. Her goal: to help them achieve their goals/dreams.

When not running her business & taking care of patients, she loves spending time with her husband Mike, three kids: Dayna, Brooke and Maxon.  She also loves being outside, traveling and working out.
