Angela is a physical therapist with over 18 years of experience in the outpatient orthopedic physical therapy setting. She has worked with people ranging in age from 2 months to 96 years of age and with a wide variety diagnoses.


She is an Astym certified provider, a Certified Manual Physical Therapist through NAIOMPT (North American Institute of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists), a certified Pose Method Running specialist, a Certification in Applied Functional Science and 3D MAPS, and well trained in ACL and hip rehabilitation and Dry needling certified as FDN1.


She is able to fit custom foot orthotics, perform manipulation of the spine and joints, and works with children with torticollis.


She works with many local athletes for sports rehabilitation and specifically runners, softball/baseball players, volleyball, soccer players, dancers, and Junior Olympic gymnasts, tennis players and may other club sport athletes.


Lori Blythe has 15+ years experience as a physical therapist assistant in a variety of settings (outpatient, hospital, long term care). She really enjoys the outpatient setting because it offers the opportunity to get to know patients and help them reach their health goals.


She enjoys the variety of patients from infants to seniors and the different health needs they all have. She also has a strong interest in health and wellness and is eager to meet patients where they are along their health journey. She started a weight loss program at a previous employer and started a wellness team at her church to incorporate physical and spiritual wellness. 


Her goal here at Champions Recovery Room and Physical Therapy is to help each person become a champion, whatever that may be in their life!
